Carry a valid passport and visa. Names used for hotels, rail, flights and reserved attractions must match your travel documents. Please tell us about mobility, dietary or health requirements before booking.

Weather & adjustments

Weather, traffic, ferry or rail schedules and attraction reservations may affect the visiting order. We will keep the confirmed journey standard and communicate material changes.

05 · BOOKING & CANCELLATION

Clear terms before payment.

Reservation

A booking is confirmed after the agreed deposit is received and a written confirmation is issued. The standard suggested deposit is 20%; peak dates, scarce accommodation, large groups or non-refundable resources may require more.

Changes are free before confirmation. After confirmation, price differences, supplier charges and necessary non-recoverable costs may apply and will be explained in writing first.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges depend on notice given and actual non-refundable supplier costs. The exact schedule and any product-specific conditions will be shown in your quotation and travel contract before payment.

Unused services

After departure, recoverable unused services are refunded after deducting services already used or costs that cannot be cancelled.

For events beyond reasonable control, we will discuss rescheduling, substitution or refund of the recoverable balance in line with the contract and applicable law.
